Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any use or purchase of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Acceptance – It is not necessary for any client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a client accepts a quote then the client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Payment – Upon agreeing with the quotation given, a 50% advance payment is required before any work is to be started. The remaining 50% of the payment shall be paid prior to the official launching of the website.
Hosting – We prefer that hosting be done by the same trusted hosting company that we employ to host our own website. Alternative hosting may be used at your own risk.
Domain Names – We prefer to purchase domain names of behalf of the client and we will remind you when it is time for renewal.
Web Browsers – We make every effort to ensure websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, etc.). Client agrees that we cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.
Website Review – The client will be given the opportunity to view the website during the design phase and once the overall project is completed on the demo site for editing purposes.
